Cooking has always been a huge part of our lives. After moving halfway across the world, our humble home became the perfect venue where little traditions and fond memories could be made. While cooking our traditional dishes always brought our palates and hearts back home, it was our passion for food and love for sushi that brought our family together for those all-you-can-eat experiences. Like many families, dining out at sushi restaurants is among our favorite times spent together. However, lockdowns and restrictions made us miss our favorite dishes... especially the love for all-you-can-eat sushi.

So, we decided to make our own! This endeavor paved the way to Takedento, our very own one-of-a-kind sushi making kit.

Takedento – this little idea brought to life – sparked hope and inspiration for our humble but hopeful beginning. We love how making traditional Japanese cuisine is made easy, simple, and fun with the use of our sushi making kit. This special experience is something we can share among family members and friends.
